Property Management
Our Property Management Package includes:
- Home Watch on a weekly basis.
- The organization, supervision and payment from your escrow account of:
- Lawn Service
- Pool Service
- Pest Control
- Maid Service
- The payment of your property taxes.
- The payment of your utility bills.
If you rent out your vacation home during your absence, we will ensure the home is ready for occupancy and check your guest in (fee $40) and check your guest out and check for damages (fee $40).
If you wish for us to rent out your vacation home during your absence:
For this service you only pay a rental commission of 20% in addition to the Property Management and check-in/check-out fees, and this includes the commission and other costs associated with the rental web sites Vrbo, AirBnB, etc.
- We take high resolution photos of your home
- We create a professional listing to market your home on our own web site as well as the local MLS and the vacation rental web sites you choose (Vrbo, AirBnB, etc.).
- We answer inquiries in English, German, Russian, French and Spanish, provide quotes, arrange booking, handle rental agreement, collect security deposit and down payment.
- We ensure your home is ready for occupancy, check guests in and out., collect payments, check for damages upon check out and release the security deposit.
- We pay all taxes relevant to the rental, transfer the net rent to your bank account and provide you with a detailed statement for each rental.
